CynteraTech LLC provides enterprise AI consulting, engineering, and automation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for client engagements are outlined in separate, formalized Statements of Work (SOW) or master service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a direct contract, all intellectual property, proprietary knowledge, and custom code generated during an engagement will be assigned to the client upon full payment of services rendered. We reserve the right to continually utilize generalized knowledge or architectural design patterns derived from cross-industry work.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CynteraTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
